Oral presentation

The duration for the oral presentation of one paper is 15 minutes (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion). An LCD projector and a computer will be available in the presentation room.

The speaker is asked to be in the room 15 minutes before the start of the session to report to the chair person.You must provide your presentation file in Power Point before beginning of the section you are scheduled for.

 

Poster presentation

The room where the posters will be placed will be announced in the final technical programme. The available poster panel is large enough to host an A0 frame. The attaching devices will be provided by the organizers. For the sake of uniformity please use this poster template.
